  1. Prices and payment

All amounts are stated in Danish kroner (DKK).  

 

We reserve the right to correct any errors in course descriptions, information on availability, and pricing. 

 

We accept payment with Visa card, Mastercard, Dankort, and MobilePay. When you pay by card, we deduct the money from your account when you are allocated a seat on the course or when the ordered books are dispatched from Nuuk. If you wish to receive an invoice, you must state this in connection with the order. 

 

Costs in connection with the payment are borne by the customer. 

 

 

  1. Delivery

When you buy one of our printed books, you will receive it the first time you attend the course. Alternatively, it can be picked up at our address, Saqqarlernut 28, 3900 Nuuk, by appointment within 3 months after purchase. If you want the book sent by mail, shipping charges will apply. 

 

When you purchase access to our electronic materials, you have access to the material for personal use for a minimum of one year by logging in to our website. Electronic materials on our website may not be redistributed without written agreement with us. 

 

  1. Cancellation and change of courses and return of goods

If you have registered for a course no later than 3 weeks before the start of the course, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal; if you don’t want the course, you will get your money back. If you cancel less than a week before the start of the course, as a general rule no refund will be given. 

 

If the dates of the course are changed, those registered will be offered a refund if the new plan does not suit them. If parts of the course are held according to the plan, a proportional refund will be given, so that you will in any case pay for the part of the course that was held according to the plan as it was when you signed up. 

 

A course can be canceled from our side with a minimum of 5 days’ notice if there are not enough registrants. In that case, those registered will be offered an alternative course or a refund of the course fee within a week. 

 

 

Should there be physical faults and defects in a book sent by us, we will send a replacement copy at no additional cost to you. Complaints must be made before the book is put into use and with photo documentation. 

 

There is a 14-day right of cancellation for physical books. You must pay any return costs yourself, and the book must be in unused condition. 

 

  1. Your data

We store information about you for these purposes: 

  • We save your name and email address in order to communicate with you regarding your orders and inform you about upcoming courses. We do not pass on your contact information to a third party. If you do not want us to keep your contact details after your course, you must inform us of this, after which we will delete your contact details. 
  • We use your payment information to deduct payment for your ordered course and your ordered books. We do not store your card details after payment has taken place. 
  • We save the information you provide when logging in to our website as long as you have a profile on the site.

  1. Applicable law and competent court

Our business is subject to Greenlandic law. You can bring any dispute case before the Sermersooq District Court.
